SEMPIR Collaboration Projects 2016 - 2019

In early 2016, an announcement in the revised guidelines for Partners in Recovery (PIR) stated that the program had been refunded for a 3 year period but is now being referred to as a transition service for clients towards the NDIS. SEMPIR continues to deliver business as usual with the intent to cause minimal disruption for clients and their carers and families.

One of the key areas of focus during this transition period is for PIR Organisations to continue cross-sector collaboration to improve the service system for people with severe and persistent mental illness with complex, multi-agency needs.

SEMPIR is calling upon all our stake holders, consumers and carers with collaboration ideas and initiatives that PIR could explore to achieve this mandate.
