A Wellbeing Workshop for Carers
We understand that caring for a family member or friend can be challenging and stressful at times.
Music affects our mood, energy levels and physical health. This workshop will explore how to choose music that makes you feel good (no solo singing required!).
Key messages to take home from the workshop will include:
- The place of music in our lives
- How does music help us to cope with carer stress?
- Choosing music that is good for body, mind and spirit
This workshop will be facilitated by a carer Educator from Carers Victoria.
Who should attend:
For carers who are supporting a person with dementia, a frail older person, a person with a disability or a person experiencing mental illness.
